Handicapped Accessible Home For Sale
I love helping people. I especially feel honored when I can serve those who many times are underserved in our society. I have a great home for sale that is a wonderful home at a very reasonable price. It is also a handicapped accessible home for those with physical limitations, who are disabled, in a wheelchair, etc. Some clients I have served have had to spend over $8,000. to remodel just their bathroom to be accessible by adding ADA type features, so this one is a BARGAIN since someone else has borne that expense as well as many others. It is all the rage right now for baby boomers to buy or build a home for "aging in place" so they do not have to leave their home if adversity in health strikes.
Accessibility Features
- smooth, wide driveway
- extra off street parking available so handicap accessible vehicle always has use of large smooth driveway

- smooth back covered patio and walkway
- covered front and back porches for shielding from sun or rain
- hard floor surfaces for easy rolling
- wide doorways to accomodate a wheelchair
- open floor plan
